Purpose of role :
Operations Head for execution and O&M of all Solar power projects in the company for the Solar development (Build and operate) and for EPC for other companies including rooftop projects.

Functional Area: Site Engineering , Project Management

1. To bring in enquiries for a) setting up of Solar Power projects (from both indepent and State/Central Governments), b) EPC and c) Consulting with clear revenue based targets and help Karvy emerge as a serious player in the solar power business.
2. Thorough understanding of Business requirements for New Business Development from scratch including challenges related to qualification in initial phase.
3. Meeting with clients in selected geographies and present the company's plans & services
4. New Business Development for EPC in Industrial Solar Projects in terms of Sales ,New Customer Development.
5. Planning and Execution of Strategy to acquire business from private utilities,Big EPC Companies and solar power companies.
6. Identify, develop and grow Consulting opportunities in EPC space
7. Consult clients on their business needs, develop proposal, build value propositions and sell Consulting engagements
8. Co-ordination with Customers ,Project Management Team and vendors to ensure On Time Delivery
